From mid-October to mid-April, every weekend, the wood-fired oven at Atelier Bistro in Domus Blanc comes alive, reviving a 130-year-old tradition. Nestled within the storied walls of the former French Consulate in Halepa, this oven now infuses each dish with the warmth of history, offering slow-cooked and roasted creations crafted from the finest local ingredients, with a modern twist.
Join us Saturdays and Sundays from 2 PM for an exceptional culinary journey. Our menu, inspired by the “Family Table of Paul Blanc,” changes weekly, fusing the timeless flavors of tradition with contemporary innovation.
