The poached eggs
Blinis topped with golden herring eggs, semi-cured salmon carpaccio, poached eggs, sour cream, saute spinach and avocado sauce.
The omelet
French omelet accompanied by a tartine of confit cherry tomatoes and al pesto of basil grown in our garden.
Pan fried eggs
Eggs with bacon, sausage, baby potatoes, Paris mushrooms, panais à l’anglaise and cherry tomatoes from our garden.
The Cretan salad with boiled egg
Egg boiled for 5 minutes, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, olives, onion, green pepper, baby potatoes, capers, basil, olive oil, oregano, myzithra, nuts.
The yoghurt
Yogurt bowl, seasonal fruits, granola, honey , nuts and a light mint jelly.
Pancakes
Pancakes with caramelized seasonal fruit, chocolate sauce, caramelized hazelnuts and maple syrup.
For gluten free ,lactose free and vegetarian options please ask your waiter . For a vegan option, we recommend grilled vegetables with baby potatoes ,avocado and vegan feta cheese.
